Estate Planning
Estate Planning and Related Services
The attorneys at Schulz Reagan, LLC, represent clients in and around Monroe County who are planning for their family’s future for the first time, who are updating existing estate plans, who are getting serious about implementing plans created years ago, and even those who just have a question about what they need to do to make sure their wishes are realized.
In addition to counseling clients with respect to their estate plans, we represent personal representatives and beneficiaries who are involved in the sometimes complicated process of addressing the affairs of a deceased loved-one. We understand that the disputes that arise after the death of a loved one are particularly painful, and that the costs of such disputes are not solely financial. We strive first to avoid such disputes, but when they cannot be avoided we are dedicated to making sure our clients receive clear-eyed advice and compelling
advocacy. This starts with frequent communication and a dedication to being available for our clients in their times of need and continues with efficient and dedicated service throughout representation.
Whatever the context in which your estate administration or estate planning needs arise, Schulz Reagan, LLC, will make sure you benefit from the experience and expertise necessary to achieve objectives that are focused on your needs. If you have issues that we are not equipped to handle, we are proud to work with local accountants, financial advisors, insurance brokers, financial institutions, real estate
agents, and an array of other experts so that you always have the best information before you make critical decisions.
